White wine vinegar from acetovit is golden yellow, a sign of the long maturity and the extract density.

The slow fermentation process and the subsequent maturation in barrels transform the light grape must into a golden-yellow, slightly caramelized vinegar of the Balsamico Bianco type!

aroma concentrate

Our wine vinegar is made by fermenting grape must and concentrated grape juice. Flavors and valuable ingredients are concentrated in such a way that you can use the vinegar sparingly. White wine vinegar contains 6% total acid and is designed for use in the kitchen. To drink as an aperitif or digestif, with significantly less acidity, we recommend our Posca.

 

Use:

White wine vinegar is suitable for:

  • to make perfect sauces (sweet/sour)
  • for making salad dressings
  • for the production of refined marinades

The vinegar is unfiltered, a depot can build at the bottom of the bottle.
